We’re thrilled to share that our Starting Gate Development earned the Audience Choice Award at the Retail Real Estate Network Minnesota STARR Awards!
Exceptionally designed by Studio M Architects, the Starting Gate is a standout example of strategic placemaking in Shakopee, one of Minnesota’s fastest-growing communities. Fully leased before construction was complete, this multi-tenant retail project brings together three dynamic brands—Mr. Pig's Smokery, OG ZAZA, and Discover Strength—directly across from Canterbury Park in Shakopee’s River South district. With bold design, smart tenant curation, and seamless execution, Starting Gate sets the tone for future development in this high-growth destination.
