The Danny’s Construction Office Buildout transforms the second floor of the High Stakes Venture building into a headquarters that reflects the company’s 50-year legacy in structural steel. Designed by Tushie Montgomery Architects and built by Greystone, the space blends industrial materials, warm textures, and bold finishes to create a modern workplace rooted in craftsmanship. Exposed steel, specialty tile, decorative panels, and acoustic baffles create visual impact and sound control. The office includes a taproom with a retractable wall opening to a second-floor patio overlooking Canterbury Park and a fitness center for employees. The workplace supports collaboration, recruiting, and company culture.
