Greystone Construction delivered a metal self-storage facility for SMSC in Shakopee, Minnesota. The facility features a welcoming reception and lobby area along with private offices to support daily operations. It includes 368 storage units with flexible sizes ranging from 10' x 12' to 14' x 60', accommodating a wide range of storage needs. The building offers both climate-controlled and cold storage options and is monitored 24/7 for security. Designed for convenience, the facility provides drive-up access and drive-thru loading bays for efficient tenant use.

In addition, Greystone Construction completed a separate metal building adjacent to the facility used for storage and warehouse space. This building includes a dedicated loading bay area serving a shredder and compactor, supporting operational and material handling needs.
