VIC's Crane + Heavy Haul Precast Concrete Building

Greystone Construction completed a 25,000‑square‑foot precast concrete building for Vic’s Crane & Heavy Haul in Rosemount, Minnesota. The precast concrete construction project measures 100 feet by 250 feet with an integrated overhead crane system to safely and efficiently handle heavy equipment and components during maintenance.

The industrial maintenance facility includes nine large garage doors, consisting of eight 20‑foot‑wide doors and one 16‑foot‑wide door, allowing efficient access for cranes, haul trucks, and oversized equipment. The open service bay is enhanced by a dedicated in‑floor service pit, constructed with reinforced concrete walls and slab and accessed by a permanent steel stair system with guardrails and safety bollards, providing safe and efficient under‑equipment servicing.

Office and employee support spaces include a lunchroom, locker room, bathrooms, storage areas, and a parts storage room, supporting daily operations.
