Challenges Overcome
An aerial view during steel erection shows the tight site, proximity to the apartment complex, and winter conditions. Greystone anticipated a difficult winter and altered the project’s construction sequence -- such strategies ensured the project was completed safely and on time despite an extra cold, snowy winter and wet spring.
Greystone was an excellent partner and always kept our best interest in mind. When faced with challenges, Greystone always chose the correct solution, whether it was easy or not.
Dan Haugen, Vice President, Guardian CompaniesBright Lights
The self storage building was designed to stand out at its high-profile location along Interstate 35. At night, the 4-story glass curtain walls and signage blaze with light.

Greystone constantly maintained the integrity of the initial design while exploring other ways to save money when the budget needed to be reduced. The building has substance and quality as reflected in the materials and workmanship.
