Vickerman Company Warehouse & Distribution Center
Greystone Construction has been proud to partner with Vickerman Company since 2012, delivering four pre-engineered metal building warehouse additions totaling 226,000 square feet to support Vickerman’s expanding warehouse and distribution center operations. Designed for efficiency, durability, and scalability, these projects have strengthened Vickerman’s warehousing and logistics capabilities as they continue to grow as a leading importer and wholesaler of high-quality artificial greenery, floral products, and décor across North America.
Crown Extrusions Warehouse Precast Concrete Expansion
Greystone Construction completed a precast concrete construction project expanding Crown Extrusions' manufacturing facility in Chaska, Minnesota. This project includes a 30,000 square foot warehouse expansion that increases storage capacity and supports Crown Extrusions’ operations, including CNC machining, re-sawing, and deburring services for its clients. The addition also improves loading dock operations, enabling more efficient material handling, truck loading, and overall workflow while integrating seamlessly with the existing facility.
Rainbow Play Systems
Greystone Construction completed a 130' × 680' fabric building for Rainbow Play Systems in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The facility supports the company’s manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations, providing the large, unobstructed interior space needed to produce and store residential and commercial playground systems.

Greystone Construction completed two fabric bulk salt storage buildings at the Port of Mobile in Alabama, measuring 180' × 324' and 180' × 288'. The structures provide durable, high-capacity storage to protect bulk salt from the elements while supporting efficient material handling operations at the port.
