Interstate Storage is a 4-story, high-profile building on Interstate 35 in Lakeville. The beautiful self storage facility offers a climate-controlled environment, 24/7 video surveillance, drive-in accessibility, elevator, and units in a variety of sizes from 5’x5’ up to 10’x25’.
The Pagel II Ice Arena Addition expands the existing Pagel Activity Center with a new NHL-sized ice sheet, designed to serve both high school and community hockey programs. The project features locker rooms, training facilities, storage areas, public lobby, and meeting spaces to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Constructed on a challenging hillside site, the addition was strategically designed to fit the only available buildable area on the Minnetonka High School campus.
The Greystone team was honored to complete an addition and renovations to the Elko New Market police station in Minnesota. This expansion offers more work space for officers and has the ability to accommodate for growth in the future. Their existing building was able to remain operational during construction.
VPS partnered with Greystone to construct an 8,300-SF expansion to meet the growing demand for their specialized animal medications. VPS offers FDA-approved cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, research and development, and a range of animal health products with a key focus on livestock. The expansion includes space for laboratories, manufacturing, quality assurance, offices, and warehousing.

The project included a new tilt-wall testing chamber addition, followed by a full remodel of the existing building and site improvements. Completed in 2023, the expanded facility enhances Nemko's ability to provide advanced testing, certification, and international approval services for commercial, military, aerospace, and high-tech manufacturers.
Greystone Construction completed a precast concrete construction project expanding Crown Extrusions' manufacturing facility in Chaska, Minnesota. This project includes a 30,000 square foot warehouse expansion that increases storage capacity and supports Crown Extrusions’ operations, including CNC machining, re-sawing, and deburring services for its clients. The addition also improves loading dock operations, enabling more efficient material handling, truck loading, and overall workflow while integrating seamlessly with the existing facility.
Greystone Construction completed a 25,000‑square‑foot precast concrete building for Vic’s Crane & Heavy Haul in Rosemount, Minnesota. The precast concrete construction project measures 100 feet by 250 feet with an integrated overhead crane system to safely and efficiently handle heavy equipment and components during maintenance.
