National Equipment Dealers

Greystone Construction completed a new location for National Equipment Dealers and Hyundai Equipment in Elgin, Texas. We were honored to serve as the general contractor and support NED’s continued expansion into Central Texas with this two-story, 14,927-square-foot heavy equipment sales and service facility. The pre‑engineered metal building features a spacious service area with three 18‑foot overhead garage doors and one 12‑foot door, designed for efficient workflow and convenient access for large vehicles and equipment. Directly connected to the service space, the office component includes a professional lobby, parts stock room, restrooms, four private offices, a conference room, and a break room, creating a seamless transition between operations and administration. A second‑floor level within the connected office area provides additional space for future office build‑out and long‑term expansion.
