Nordic Companies Metal Shop and Office Building

Nordic Companies partnered with Greystone Construction to complete a new 80' x 90' metal shop building and office facility designed to support operational efficiency and future growth. The office section includes a welcoming reception area, conference room, breakroom, mechanical room, two private offices, and bathrooms, creating a functional and comfortable workspace for both staff and visitors.

Built with a Nucor pre engineered metal building system, the facility also features an open shop and warehouse layout with a mezzanine overlooking the main operational floor, allowing visibility and flexibility within the space. This modern, purpose-built building will fuel Nordic’s continued growth and long-term success across the region.
