Burnet City Hall
Greystone Construction was proud to partner with the City of Burnet on the construction of its new 16,709-square-foot City Hall—a modern civic facility designed to support efficient municipal operations while serving as a welcoming destination for the community. The project includes a fully functional government building complemented by extensive site development, parking, utilities, landscaping, and a signature water feature that anchors the property.
Elko New Market Police Station
The Greystone team was honored to complete an addition and renovations to the Elko New Market police station in Minnesota. This expansion offers more work space for officers and has the ability to accommodate for growth in the future. Their existing building was able to remain operational during construction.Stearns County Salt Storage Shed
The GC Fabric Building Division recently completed a salt storage shed in Stearns County, Minnesota. With a peak height of 54 feet 10 15/16 inches, this fabric building provides exceptional clear height, making it ideal for efficient material unloading and accommodating large equipment.
Winsted City Hall
Greystone Construction completed a two-story city hall construction project for Winsted City Hall uniquely situated along Winsted Lake with scenic waterfront views. The first floor includes a public lobby, council room, and community room, while the second floor houses a police station area, offices, a conference room, and a break room—showcasing expertise in functional, community-focused municipal construction.
