Dell Diamond Visitors Clubhouse
The Greystone team is honored to share the completion of the new visitors clubhouse at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas. This new facility was constructed to meet updated Major League Baseball standards, ensuring visiting teams have access to modern, professional-grade spaces—including locker rooms, batting cage, offices, equipment storage, and more.
As Owner and CEO of the ball club, I worked closely with the Greystone team throughout the construction process to ensure our vision was realized and the project was delivered on schedule. From start to finish, the Greystone team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, precision, and a steadfast commitment to quality.

We had heard great things about Greystone Construction and partnering with them was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The quality of their work is evident in every aspect of the building.
Chris Almendarez - President of the Round Rock ExpressAhead of MLB’s 2025 deadline for updated Professional Development League standards, the City of Round Rock and its Triple-A affiliate, the Round Rock Express, launched a competitive public bid for a new Visitors Clubhouse and stadium technology upgrades at Dell Diamond.
Designed by MSA Design and built by Greystone Construction, the project replaced the stadium’s former pool and spa with an 8,441-square-foot CMU and steel facility featuring a locker room, batting tunnel, conditioning and training rooms, dining area, and associated athletic and administrative spaces. Site work added a new secondary entrance with stairs and ramp, plus a stair to the field.
Construction occurred during the 2024 baseball season, requiring careful coordination in an active ballpark where work paused for games and events. Inaccurate underground utility records triggered redesigns, rerouting of deep water mains, trench shoring, and delicate operations around a high-voltage electrical line. Greystone engaged a private locate service, maintained progress on critical path activities while approvals advanced, and coordinated overlapping trades through three-week look-aheads and bi-weekly meetings.
Through close collaboration with the City, the Express, and MSA Design, Greystone delivered a compliant clubhouse and modernized stadium infrastructure—enhancing the experience for visiting Triple-A teams and strengthening Dell Diamond’s 25-year legacy.
This was the first project that the City has undertook with Greystone and the two qualities that impressed me most with their company and personnel were their ability to find solutions to unforeseen issues and provide excellent customer service to the owner in the process.
