AgroLiquid Fertilizer Manufacturing & Distribution Facility

Greystone Construction delivered a new 48,355-square-foot liquid fertilizer manufacturing and distribution facility for AgroLiquid in Lake City, Florida. The facility utilizes a pre-engineered metal building and was designed to enable faster delivery times and increased product availability by streamlining logistics and reducing transportation distances to customers across the southeastern United States.

To maximize productivity, the site features a 14-car rail spur system with frequent unloading access, large-capacity storage tanks, and advanced water heating technology. Inside, the facility is organized with a finished goods section, loading dock, dry storage area, mixing operations, and an efficient truck loadout area to streamline day-to-day workflows.
