Pagel II Arena Ice Rink Construction

The Pagel II Ice Arena Addition expands the existing Pagel Activity Center with a new NHL-sized ice sheet, designed to serve both high school and community hockey programs. The project features locker rooms, training facilities, storage areas, public lobby, and meeting spaces to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Constructed on a challenging hillside site, the addition was strategically designed to fit the only available buildable area on the Minnetonka High School campus. The structure integrates seamlessly with the existing arena, providing improved accessibility and circulation while maximizing limited site space.
