The Greystone team was proud to build out a new restaurant for Lago Tacos in the Viking Lakes development in Eagan across from the Minnesota Vikings' headquarters and practice facility! Beautifully designed by Studio M Architects, Greystone’s Tenant Improvements & Facility Services Division was proud to bring this exciting new restaurant and bar to life. Known for its creative taco mashups and homemade sauces prepared with fresh ingredients, this restaurant serves delicious Mexican cuisine.
This project includes the build out of a new, 5,600 SF, full-service restaurant for Mr. Pig's Smokery across the street from Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota. The new restaurant features an all-new menu, bar, outdoor patio, party room, and so much more. With astounding scenery and amazing food, you're certain to have an enjoyable experience here.
Greystone Construction completed a 2,234-SF tenant improvement for Crisp & Green in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota. Designed by Reprise Design, the project transformed an existing building shell into a clean, modern fast-casual space that reflects the brand’s wellness-focused identity. The build-out included custom interior finishes, an efficient kitchen and service layout, and a bright, inviting dining area that enhances the guest experience.
The Greystone team recently completed a new location for Tony C’s Pizza and Beer Garden in Kyle, Texas. Known for its delicious New York-style pizza and authentic Italian cuisine, this new spot brings bold flavor and a welcoming atmosphere to the local dining scene.
Overlooking the exciting horse races at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Badger Hill Brewing and Bravi’s Craft Mexican Kitchen have formed a successful partnership. Together, their distinctive personalities create an inviting atmosphere filled with live music, craft beer, flavorful dishes, and quality coffee.
We started working with Greystone a few years ago. Together we worked out the building theme, designs and finishes - with an emphasis on creating that sense of community and neighborhood. They stayed with us through the design and building and project management process - resulting in an amazing new space for our business. The Greystone Tenant Improvement and Facilities team did an outstanding job on building out PURALIMA Cantinas new space in Edina, Minnesota. This restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere and offers tacos, burritos, bowls, salads, and more!
The Greystone team successfully completed another new location for this popular and growing restaurant. Crisp & Green has a wide variety of healthy options to chose from on their chef-crafted, scratch-made, menu. They offer signature salads, grain bowls, a build your own bowl, kids meals, smoothies, and many other refreshing beverages.
McCoys Copper Pint is a two-story bar and restaurant with a rustic, industrial atmosphere and expansive rooftop patio with beautiful views of the Shakopee hillsides. The barn wood, copper ceilings, decorative light fixtures, rich color palette, corn hole games, and excellent American fare combine to create a fun, festive ambience that has countless loyal patrons lining up outside the door from lunch through evening.
