The North Central Utility facility in Mankato, Minnesota supports one of the largest semi‑trailer dealerships in the nation and the largest in the North Central region, specializing in new and used semi‑trailer sales, parts, and service. The facility was constructed as a pre engineered metal building integrated with a precast concrete building, providing the durability and performance required for high‑volume sales and service operations. 

Specialized work areas include an administrative section with private offices, restrooms, a conference room, and a breakroom, with the building designed to accommodate future office expansion. The pre engineered metal building portion houses a parts warehouse, extensive shop space, a straightening bay, a wreck bay, a loading dock, and employee restrooms with a locker room. Additional features include open work areas, a mezzanine level providing extra storage space, and six overhead garage doors to support efficient vehicle movement and operations.
