Kevin founded Greystone in 1987 with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and exceptional customer service. Under his leadership, Greystone has grown from a small startup into a nationally recognized general contractor serving diverse markets across the country. His entrepreneurial vision, dedication to building lasting relationships, and commitment to developing people continue to guide Greystone's growth and success.

Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.

Gordie joined Greystone in 1993 and has played an instrumental role in the company's growth and development. With extensive expertise across construction delivery methods, estimating, and project management, he provides strategic leadership to support successful project execution and long-term business performance. His focus on operational excellence, team development, and delivering value to clients has helped establish Greystone as a trusted construction partner.

Gordie holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Eric joined Greystone in 1995 as a tradesman working on commercial and industrial projects. His hands-on field experience and comprehensive understanding of construction operations have shaped his practical, team-oriented leadership approach. Today, he oversees construction operations, working closely with project teams to promote efficiency, accountability, and successful project delivery. His commitment to quality, safety, and developing strong teams makes him an integral part of Greystone's leadership.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Colin grew up in the construction industry and officially joined Greystone in 2004. His experience spans multiple aspects of the business, including field operations, estimating, project coordination, and business development. This well-rounded background provides a strong foundation for his leadership in developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting Greystone's strategic growth. Colin is passionate about building lasting partnerships and helping clients achieve their project goals.

Colin holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Brian began his career with Greystone in 1999 through an apprenticeship program at Shakopee High School. With more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience, he brings extensive knowledge of field operations, workforce management, and construction execution. Brian oversees Greystone's self-performing crews, labor scheduling, equipment resources, and field training. His practical leadership approach and commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and workforce development help ensure consistent quality across Greystone's projects.

Elizabeth has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and strategic leadership. She leads Greystone’s people operations, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, leadership development, and fostering a culture where team members can thrive. Her people-first approach supports Greystone’s core values and continued growth.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and Law from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University.

Gary brings extensive financial expertise and construction industry knowledge to Greystone's executive leadership team. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees financial planning, forecasting, reporting, auditing, and risk management, helping maintain the company's financial strength and stability. His strategic approach to financial management supports informed business decisions, operational efficiency, and Greystone's continued growth.

Gary holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
