iStorage Self Storage Facility

This project delivers a modern climate-controlled storage facility with a mix of unit types—including outdoor parking and garage-style spaces for vehicles, trailers, and equipment—built for durability, efficiency, and year-round accessibility. The site layout features wide drive aisles for easy maneuvering and convenient drive-up access to most units. Security and operational performance were central to the design, incorporating gated keypad entry, a fully enclosed perimeter, extensive exterior lighting, and camera surveillance. The facility includes a full range of unit sizes—small (5x5–5x15), medium (10x10–10x15), and large (10x20–10x30)—offering owners maximum flexibility and revenue potential.
