Danny's Construction Multi-Tenant Office Building
Greystone Construction developed and built the 28,700-square-foot Class A office building—an inspiring two-story facility featuring mass timber, structural steel, and striking design by Tushie Montgomery Architects. Located within Shakopee’s thriving Canterbury development, the project serves as the new headquarters for Danny’s Construction Company, which proudly self-performed the steel erection.Scott County CDA Office Headquarters
Greystone Construction partnered with the Scott County Community Development Agency (CDA), UrbanWorks Architecture, Ivy Properties, and Great Lakes Management to deliver a transformative mixed-use development featuring the new Scott County CDA’s modern offices and three-story Legacy Central Senior Housing consisting of 60 units.

The Greystone Construction Office Building project is a two-story building with Class A finishes and was the first commercial development of a 13-acre site near Canterbury Park. The multi-tenant building designed by Tushie Montgomery Architects features a two-story glass atrium, floating staircase, modern stone and metal exterior, 30KW solar panel system, wood-wrapped clerestory, rooftop deck with views of the Canterbury race track, a lush garden with water features, and more.Greystone has completed 150,000+ SF of high-end tenant build-outs for Prime Therapeutics. These projects showcased Greystone's commitment to excellence through implementation of immense details within a challenging schedule. Rahr Corporate Office Expansion
The Rahr Corporate Office Expansion construction project is a two-story building with Class A finishes designed by KOMA. The updated space functions well and is reflective of the company’s deep-rooted values and history. The project presented unique challenges due to an extremely tight site with active railways located immediately north and south.
