This beautiful new childcare facility has been built for Next Steps Learning Center in Shakopee, Minnesota. This modern child care center marks the organization’s fourth location in the southwest metro area, offering families convenient access to high-quality early childhood education. The facility is designed to provide exceptional care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, featuring safe, welcoming spaces that support learning and development.
Milestones Early Learning Center, Lake Elmo, MN
Greystone Construction completed a 16,941-SF Milestones Early Learning Center in Lake Elmo, Minnesota—another project in our ongoing partnership with Milestones. Designed by Michael J. Thomas Architects, the facility includes dedicated classrooms for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, as well as a sport court, kitchen, lavatories, and specialized spaces that support learning, play, and daily routines. Built with a focus on safety, creativity, and child development, the center blends modern design with warm, functional environments that help children thrive.To go from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting, it’s been such a fun process. Thank you to the Greystone team, it has been a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Thank you to Pat, our project manager, Superintendent Kelly, and all the people behind the scenes that made all this happen. This modern early learning facility was recently completed in Lakeville, Minnesota for Four Square Early Learning Center. This facility offers care for infants, toddler, preschoolers, and school aged children.
Milestones Early Learning Center, Eagan, Minnesota
Greystone is happy to be working with Milestones Early Learning Center again, this time on the remodeling of an existing structure in Eagan, Minnesota, that covers 19,368 square feet. Dedicated classrooms for infants, toddlers, early preschool, pre-K, and preschool are all part of the renovated building. Michael J. Thomas Architects carefully designed each classroom to promote learning and development according to age. A 1,750-square-foot indoor gym, three turf-covered outdoor play areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that supports daily meals are also included in the space.
