Rayus Radiology Tenant Build Out

Greystone Construction completed a 6,615-square-foot tenant buildout for Rayus Radiology within an existing facility, transforming the space into a fully equipped outpatient imaging center. The project included a welcoming reception and waiting area, administrative offices, and specialized rooms designed to accommodate X-ray, ultrasound, pain care, CT, MRI, and C-ARM/DTI services. Additional spaces include patient changing rooms and a staff breakroom. The buildout required careful coordination of medical equipment infrastructure, shielding, and mechanical systems to support advanced imaging technology while maintaining a comfortable and efficient patient environment.
