Church Renovations Expand Eden Baptist Church
Greystone Construction completed Eden Baptist Church’s East Wing Addition & Renovation in Burnsville, Minnesota, expanding a facility our team originally built more than a decade earlier. Designed by Building God’s Way Architects, the project included a 9,648-square-foot addition and 4,427 square feet of renovations. The expanded space features a flexible gymnasium/multi-use room, commercial kitchen, restrooms, storage, classrooms, offices and nursery space. The addition was carefully integrated with the existing precast building while church operations continued.

Eden first selected Greystone to build our church facility in 2011, with completion in 2012. That experience is why we chose Greystone again for this expansion. Through church involvement, value engineering, and careful review of bids, Greystone helped us hold costs down. That discipline allowed us to add important alternates. We would hire Greystone again.
