To meet the growing demand for fast, high‑quality fertilizer blending among its farmer clients in the Highmore, South Dakota, region, Performance Agriculture sought a reliable, high‑capacity solution. They partnered with the Greystone team to deliver a custom structure designed for efficiency and durability. The new facility measures 130 feet wide and 190 feet long, providing 5,500 tons of fertilizer storage to support improved service speed and expanded operational capacity.

We selected a facility design to meet future demands which included the fastest equipment on the market—the declining weight blend system. We required a quality building solution that could go up quickly in the dead of winter and be ready for business by May 1. Kudos to Greystone for making that happen. The facility design has met expectations. We have a sound building with sufficient storage and the speed we need to keep up with the needs of our farmer customers.
