Nutrien Ag Solutions Retail Facility Expansion

Greystone Construction partnered with Nutrien Ag Solutions to deliver a major expansion and modernization of their Tipton, Indiana, retail facility—an important regional hub serving growers across Central Indiana. This comprehensive upgrade included a 5,000-ton dry fertilizer storage system with rail access and high-speed receiving and blending capabilities; a state-of-the-art liquid storage and blending facility featuring more than 2 million gallons of UAN capacity and dedicated nutritional and chemistry storage; enhanced anhydrous ammonia infrastructure with increased storage and improved safety and efficiency features; and a fully modernized office designed for better digital workflows and customer support. The completed facility significantly strengthens Nutrien’s service capacity, improves operational efficiency, and positions the Tipton location to support farmer success for decades to come.
