Dell Diamond Visitors Clubhouse
The Greystone team is honored to share the completion of the new visitors clubhouse at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas. This new facility was constructed to meet updated Major League Baseball standards, ensuring visiting teams have access to modern, professional-grade spaces—including locker rooms, batting cage, offices, equipment storage, and more.
Fabric Horse Barns at Canterbury Park
The Canterbury Park Barn Redevelopment & Backside Improvements is a landmark investment in Minnesota’s horse racing industry. Celebrating 30 years of live racing, Canterbury Park partnered with Greystone to deliver modern equine facilities, including state-of-the-art fabric horse barns, upgraded trainer spaces, a new stable gate entrance, and improved roadways—all replacing outdated structures. Greystone’s Fabric Building Solutions and Facility Solutions divisions showcased exceptional self-perform capabilities.
Pagel II Arena Ice Rink Construction
The Pagel II Ice Arena Addition expands the existing Pagel Activity Center with a new NHL-sized ice sheet, designed to serve both high school and community hockey programs. The project features locker rooms, training facilities, storage areas, public lobby, and meeting spaces to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Constructed on a challenging hillside site, the addition was strategically designed to fit the only available buildable area on the Minnetonka High School campus.
Fogarty Arena Curling Club
Located in Blaine, Minnesota, Fogarty Arena is a 28,000-square-foot curling facility with six ice sheets, each 15 feet wide, designed for competitive and recreational play. The venue includes a spacious club room with a bar and food service, offering a welcoming atmosphere for players and guests. Spectators can enjoy views from three sides of the rink, including an elevated second-story mezzanine.
