Beautifully designed by Studio M Architects, Greystone’s Tenant Improvements & Facility Services Division was proud to bring this exciting new restaurant and bar to life.
Great River Energy Facility Improvements
Greystone Construction has partnered with Great River Energy (GRE) for more than 15 years on a wide range of projects that supports the reliable and safe operation of their waste-to-energy and resource recovery facilities. In the last 5 years, our collaboration has included projects of all sizes, from facility service work and tipping curb and floor repairs to pump house improvements and other critical maintenance efforts.
Complete Family Eyecare Clinic Tenant Buildout
The Greystone Construction team recently completed a tenant build out project for Complete Family Eyecare Clinic in Elko New Market, Minnesota. This optometry clinic renovation includes exam rooms, a dedicated glasses fitting area, a staff breakroom, product storage, and office space—creating a functional and welcoming environment designed to support both patient care and efficient clinic operations.
OG ZaZa Mall of America Restaurant Build Out
Greystone Construction is proud to partner once again with OG ZaZa to deliver a new restaurant space at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. OG ZaZa is a Twin Cities favorite, known for personal-sized, New Haven–style pizzas that are cooked in under five minutes.
