CropLife Magazine Feature: Premier Cooperative, Cuba City, Wisconsin
Thank you to CropLife Magazine for featuring our Cuba City, Wisconsin project with Premier Cooperative in the Facilities Report!
Greystone was proud to serve as the general contractor for this greenfield, full-service agronomy facility—designed to meet Premier’s goals for space, speed, and operational efficiency, and to power growth for their team and growers for years to come.
The project includes:
8,779-ton dry fertilizer storage and blending facility
28,000-SF pre-engineered metal building by Nucor Building Systems for office, crop protection & liquid fertilizer
1-million-gallon UAN tank
“The Greystone Construction team was invaluable as the general contractor on this project... they answered our questions, listened to our needs, provided constructive advice and solutions, and remained flexible when changes were required. We’ve partnered with Greystone Construction on two other projects prior to this one in Cuba City. Each time, we’ve had a great experience working together—and we look forward to partnering on future projects.” – Rod Redman, Agronomy & Grain Division Operations Manager, Premier Cooperative
“We truly value the partnership we’ve built over multiple projects with Premier Cooperative. Their early collaboration allowed us to align on vision and deliver a high-performing, purpose-built facility.” – Colin O’Brien, VP of Business Development, Greystone Construction
Thank you to the Premier Cooperative team for trusting us once again. We’re honored to support your growth and your growers.
