Precast Building Window to Garage Door Conversion

Our Tenant Improvements & Facility Services team converted a precast wall section, transforming a former window into a new garage door.

Scope of work included removing the window, curb, sidewalk, and precast panel, then pouring back a new curb and apron to complete the new garage door opening.
