Welcome to our 2026 Shakopee High School CAPS Interns! Mallory, Jake, and Caden are gaining hands-on experience in construction project management, while Reese is diving into Human Resources.

By stepping outside the traditional classroom and into real projects, these students are shifting from student mode to industry mode—gaining real-world insight and experience. We’re proud to support their growth and future careers!
