Tanner's Express Car Wash Breaks Ground in Duluth, Minn.

Greystone is proud to serve as the general contractor for Tanner's Express Car Wash, a state-of-the-art facility now under construction in Duluth, Minnesota.

Led by 19-year-old entrepreneur Tanner Stokes and project partner Sandy Hoff, this project is all about innovation, efficiency, and convenience. The facility will feature three pay lanes, 18 heated dryers to handle harsh winters, the capacity to wash over 100 cars per hour, and a layout designed for full-sized pickups, dually trucks, and smooth traffic flow.

We’re also proud to work alongside Autowash Systems, Inc., a leading supplier of commercial car wash equipment, whose expertise is helping bring this advanced facility to life.
