Burnet City Hall
Greystone Construction was proud to partner with the City of Burnet on the construction of its new 16,709-square-foot City Hall—a modern civic facility designed to support efficient municipal operations while serving as a welcoming destination for the community. The project includes a fully functional government building complemented by extensive site development, parking, utilities, landscaping, and a signature water feature that anchors the property.
Police Station Expansion
The Greystone team was honored to complete an addition and renovation to a police station, enhancing workspace for officers and allowing for future growth. The existing building remained operational during the entire construction process.
Milestones Early Learning Center
The Greystone team was honored to build a stunning new childcare facility for Milestones Early Learning Center. The facility features an indoor gym, onsite kitchen and laundry, two infant classrooms, two toddler classrooms, six preschool classrooms, and three playgrounds.
Winsted City Hall
Greystone Construction completed a two-story city hall construction project for Winsted City Hall uniquely situated along Winsted Lake with scenic waterfront views. The first floor includes a public lobby, council room, and community room, while the second floor houses a police station area, offices, a conference room, and a break room—showcasing expertise in functional, community-focused municipal construction.
Greystone showed true commitment to the development and the Scott County CDA. This was evident from top down in the organization.
