Danny's Construction Multi-Tenant Office Building
Greystone Construction developed and built the 28,700-square-foot Class A office building—an inspiring two-story facility featuring mass timber, structural steel, and striking design by Tushie Montgomery Architects.
Greystone Construction Office Building
The Greystone Construction Office Building project is a two-story building with Class A finishes and was the first commercial development of a 13-acre site near Canterbury Park. The multi-tenant building designed by Tushie Montgomery Architects features a two-story glass atrium, floating staircase, modern stone and metal exterior, 30KW solar panel system, wood-wrapped clerestory, rooftop deck with views of the Canterbury race track, a lush garden with water features, and more.
Life Time Fitness Indoor Training Facility
Life Time Fitness has selected Greystone Construction as a trusted partner for many major remodels and renovations across its existing club network. These projects have included modernizing fitness spaces, upgrading amenity areas, reconfiguring layouts, refreshing interior finishes, and improving functionality to enhance the member experience.
Starting Gate Multi-Tenant Retail Construction
Fully leased before construction was complete, the 11,000 square-foot space is home to three unique tenants: Mr. Pig’s Smokery, OG Zaza, and Discover Strength. Greystone Construction was proud to partner with Prime Therapeutics for an office build out project in Omaha, Nebraska. The project features a refreshed break room, lunch room, office area, bathrooms, and a welcoming lobby with a modern desk area.
