Scott County CDA Headquarters Office & Legacy Central Senior Housing

Greystone Construction partnered with the Scott County Community Development Agency (CDA), UrbanWorks Architecture, Ivy Properties, and Great Lakes Management to deliver a transformative mixed-use development featuring the new Scott County CDA’s modern offices and three-story Legacy Central Senior Housing consisting of 60 units. Completed during the CDA’s 50th anniversary year, the project reflects the organization’s long-standing commitment to community growth and affordable senior living.
