North Dakota Construction

Greystone has served the commercial, industrial and agricultural construction needs of North Dakota for several years. Greystone has a regional office in downtown Bismarck to serve our customers in the booming Bakken oil fields of western North Dakota. A few of the cities we have worked in include Belfield, Dickinson, Mandaree, Watford City, Tioga, Parshall, Williston, New Town, Killdeer, Fargo, Jamestown, Fessenden and Mohall.

Greystone employs skilled tradesmen that perform concrete work, rough and finished carpentry, and erect pre-engineered metal buildings and fabric buildings. We also have a network of subcontractors that perform the above-mentioned work and all other trades required to complete a project.

Stallion Oilfield Services - Dickinson, ND

Greystone acted as the design/build general contractor for the 100' x 125' pre-engineered metal building located in Dickinson, ND. The building features a 5,000 square feet of two-story office build-out, two working bays, a 10-ton crane supported from the metal building, and a truck wash bay.

Big Sky Well Services - Belfield, ND

A 90' x 120', 10,800 square-foot shop and office pre-engineered metal building in Belfield North Dakota. The building contains an office build-out, parts and storage room, shop area and two zone in-floor heating.

Cenex C-Store Remodel/Addition - Parshall, ND

Greystone recently completed a complete interior gut remodel and 1,200 square-foot addition at the Farmers Union Cenex C-Store in Parshall, ND. All construction took place while the store was open and operating.

A 35,000 square-foot Cenex Store which includes a hair salon, beer cave, restaurant, clothing store, hardware supplies store and conference room.

Gavilon Fertilizer Building - Jamestown, ND

Greystone Construction completed a wood-framed fertilizer building for Gavilon in Jamestown, ND, in early 2012. The 10,000 square-foot Reaves building is being used to blend micro nutrients.

Insulated Warehouse Buildings

A 65′ x 80′ Natural Light Fabric Structure for an oil company in Western North Dakota. The fabric warehouse building offers an insulated and lined interior to provide a comfortable space outside the harsh ND winter. The building is installed on 2′ tall concrete blocks and offers a large overhead door and man door in each end wall.

Minnesota Limited-Ray,ND

A 32' x 50' Natural Light Fabric Structures building used for storing and shipping containers.

Jim Lloyd Pole Barn - Fessenden, ND

70' x 140' Pole Barn with 20' side walls, two 40' x 18' sliding doors in the end walls, two service doors in the end walls and a 24' x 50' living quarters added on to the side wall.

Future Housing, LLC - 39 Unit Apartment Building - New Town, ND

Greystone is the design-build general contractor on a new 39-unit apartment building in New Town, ND, for Future Housing, LLC. The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed in early 2014.
