Greystone begins Vickerman Company warehouse expansion
NORWOOD YOUNG AMERICA, Minn., April 11, 2018 -- Since 2012, Vickerman Company (a distributor of holiday décor, grasses, florals and ornaments) has partnered with Greystone to expand its warehousing space to 140,000 SF. This spring Greystone begins an additional 122,000 SF expansion.
The project will consist of a mass site work package for the building pad and site utilities, 40’ tall Nucor metal building to allow the owners high pile storage within, and a Primx Composite joint-less floor which will allow to owners to utilize narrow aisles with wire guided lift equipment. The new building will have a link that will connect to their existing complex which will allow the owners to travel with their lift equipment throughout the entire 262,000 SF area.
