St. Gertrude's Health and Rehabilitation Center

St. Gertrude's Health and Rehabiliation Center is a state of the art facility that provides traditional care and short stay rehabilatation, skilled nursing care and assisted living apartments. After construction of a new 2-story building addition, St. Getrude's is able to care for more patients with 30 new private rooms and go above and beyond with brand new technologies.

Some of the special features possible with the new St. Gertrude's addition include; 30 new private rooms with showers and ceiling lifts, rooms to specifically meet the needs of bariatric patients, circle of life rooms, aquatic therapy and outpatient rehabilitation therapy.

First Floor: Beauty Shop, Wellness Room, Admissions, Lymphedema Services, Patient Rooms

Second Floor: Circle of Life Room and Spiritual Care, Patient Laundry, Bariatric Room, Patient Rooms

Lower Level: Therapy and Wellness Center, Therapy Pool, Education Room
