St. Gertrude's Health and Rehabiliation Center is a state of the art facility that provides traditional care and short stay rehabilatation, skilled nursing care and assisted living apartments. After construction of a new 2-story building addition, St. Getrude's is able to care for more patients with 30 new private rooms and go above and beyond with brand new technologies.
Relaxation Dentistry
Relaxation Dentistry is located inside the Vayda Building in Chaska, MN. Greystone was given the opportunity to build the Vayda Building as well as perform the tenant improvements for Relaxation Dentistry. This dental project was unique, because the five chair office was constructed to exacting standards with many amentities to create a relaxing atmosphere.

Parkview Medical Clinic is a family practice committed to developing competitive services and providing superior technology that meets the needs of the community, all while maintaining the small-town feel and values. The goal of the design and construction of the clinic was to create a building that reflected those values. As a result, the building emphasizes quality service, efficiency and familiarity.
