Glacial Plains Cooperative - Milan, MN

Glacial Plains Cooperative wished to eliminate the use of temporary storage and increase storage capacity at its Milan, Minnesota location. Greystone provided the solution: a flat storage fabric structure that increased storage capacity from 600,000 bushels to 1,000,000 bushels.

Building Features:

The existing load in conveyor was modified and lengthened to efficiently load the new flat storage building. Grain storage containment within the fabric structure was achieved through the use of 12' tall pre-cast concrete bunker panels. A dormer was constructed to allow side entry of the load-in conveyor.  Construction was completed in 12 weeks from start to finish.
