Waconia Dodge
The 22, 600 S.F. Waconia Dodge dealership consists of office space, a showroom, service bays, a service write up area, a parts room and storage mezzanine space. As part of the construction project, Greystone self-performed the rough and finish carpentry work and installed the colored standing seam metal roof. The project was recognized by the MN Associated Builders and Contractors with an Excellence in Construction Merit Award.
Building Features:
The showroom is the highlight to the interior of the building with raised ceilings, full glass exterior walls and a very unique patterned concrete paver floor. Other features to the interior of the building include a full service repair area with vehicle lifts, lubrication and air piping system and in floor vehicle exhaust system. The exterior of the building boasts a colored standing seam metal roof over the entire office and showroom space. The exterior walls are constructed of pre-colored decorative rock face block, including an impressive radius at the office space. The rock-face block walls are accented with pilasters and colored tiles for added dimension to the building. The showroom glass walls are capped with a band of stucco. There is also 100,000 sq. ft. of asphalt pavement to show off all the new cars and trucks.
