Rahr Malting Company Corporate Office
Construction of Rahr's new office building addition created a link between the existing office building while maintinaing the historical era of the facility. The addition included a bierstube complete with taps and coolers, offices and a state of the art board room.
Village Commerce Building
Village Commerce is Greystone Construction's first National Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Eagle Award Winner. This unique two-story, multi-tenant office building was recognized due to the site design, quality class A materials and quality craftsmenship.
Lakeville Liquors Galaxie
Greystone Construction was uniquely qualified to complete this municipal liquor store project for the City of Lakeville. Our history of liquor store projects gave us an understanting of every aspect of this project including the refridgeration system, display systems, traffic patterns etc. Lakeville Liquours was named Project of the Year for New Construction under 10 million by the Minnesota Construction Association and recieved an Excellence in Construction Honorable Mention Award from the MN Associated Builders and Contractors.
Bank of The West
This two-story office building shell was constructed on a tight site with value engineering necessary to meet owner budget requirements. The common areas were modified to increase marketable lease space, yet maintain an open and inviting sense of space.
Waconia Dodge
The 22, 600 S.F. Waconia Dodge dealership consists of office space, a showroom, service bays, a service write up area, a parts room and storage mezzanine space. As part of the construction project, Greystone self-performed the rough and finish carpentry work and installed the colored standing seam metal roof. The project was recognized by the MN Associated Builders and Contractors with an Excellence in Construction Merit Award.
Edina Municipal Liquor Store
The remodel and renovatin of Edina Liquor was recognized by the MN Associated Builders and Contractors with an Excellence in Construction Award of Merit. As the Construction Managers on the project, Greystone developed the project in three phases over 6 months. Exterior work including exterior masonry walls and roof framing was completed in phase I. Phase II consisted of complete renovation of the existing structure, connection to the addition, and completion of the interior finishes. Then the exterior finishes, paving and landscaping were completed in phase III.
Second Pointe Office Building
The Second Pointe office building is an inviting two-story office building located in Lakeville, MN. The building is currently the home for Remax Advantage Plus.
