Market Area
Since 1987, Greystone Construction Company has been providing construction services in Minnesota, Iowa, eastern South Dakota and western Wisconsin. Projects have also been completed in Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan and Montana.

Our Staff
Greystone's professional staff consists of experienced Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Estimators, Sales and Administrative staff.

Greystone employs skilled tradesmen that perform concrete work, masonry work, carpentry work, erect metal buildings install standing seam roofs and erect tensioned membrane structures. Greystone also has a network of subcontractors that perform the above-mentioned work and all other trades required to complete a project.

Greystone has proactive safety policies and programs in place and consistently maintains an insurance modifier rate well below the national average of 1.0.

Greystone's excellent safety record results in reduced workers compensation premiums and the savings realized are passed on to our clients.

Greystone has received national recognition from the Associated Builders and Contractors as an Accredited Quality Contractor for its commitment to safety, training, employee benefits, and community relations.

Training
Greystone is dedicated to providing excellence in construction through training. Greystone contributes 15¢ for every hour worked to the Construction Education Foundation (CEF). This money is used to develop curriculum and provide training at all levels of the company.

Greystone has an in-house 4-year apprenticeship program and several supervisors are certified instructors.

In addition, our project managers, superintendents and supervisors receive on-going training to update knowledge and skills in management, construction techniques and safety.
